We reserve the right to verify, reject, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations. If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund required by law will be handled accordingly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

6. Exchange Policy

Ghareelu offers exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

To qualify for an exchange:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
The product must not have been damaged through misuse or mishandling.
Proof of purchase may be required.
The exchange request must be approved by Ghareelu before the product is sent back.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos or an unboxing video where available.

Approved exchanges are subject to product inspection and availability. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Customer Responsibilities
